Terms & Agreement

By creating an account or using Ausome Care ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Ausome Care is designed for parents, caregivers, and professionals supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

Ausome Care is a supportive organizational tool. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, educational, or legal advice. Information in the app — including AI responses, resources, and suggestions — is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for guidance from qualified professionals. Always consult your child's care team for medical or clinical decisions.

You retain ownership of the information you enter (child profile, journal entries, documents, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely so we can provide the app to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

You agree not to misuse the app, including: uploading unlawful content, harassing other community members, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the app's security or infrastructure.

The community space is a place for kind, respectful support. Personal attacks, medical misinformation, and identifying information about children other than your own are not allowed. We may remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines.

Ausome Care is not an emergency service. If you or your child is in crisis, please call your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ausome Care is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
